Hi Shiny, you mention the new Panasonic cells are "Not recommended for regulated mods." Could you elaborate a bit on this? Not that its putting me back from buying one:) just want to know what risks are involved.

And a big, big thanks for finally providing a just price (and better) on the nutted connectors! :2cool:

Well, a lot of folks use them with great success in Lava Tubes etc. And in non regulated mods like silver bullets etc the panasonics have a lower drop off than IMRs IE they hit harder, longer, But here is my official answer, and by no means am I a expert battery guy, as far as I can work out any unprotected cell runs the risk of over drain causing damage to the battery, its really hard to tell what regulated mods have protections built in. It's allways best to contact the manufacturer of the mod to see if unprotected batteries are ok.
