I tried to buy something from the SmartVapes website, but I wasn't able to complete the transaction because of a technical failure of some kind. So I used the contact form to alert the vendor, hoping for a little help.
That was 2-1/2 days ago (on the 17th). So far... crickets.

I left them a voicemail and sent a message, but haven't heard back either - hoping they just took a little time off & get back to us soon!
After placing an order with you on 5-3-2012 and NOT getting any confirmation email, or any confirmation of the order on the site, I contacted you on the evening of 5-3 regarding this, later that night I received the following "Transaction Receipt". Because of some website error, I am unable to view or track the order on your website, and I was never emailed confirmation of shipping. I tried sending a support request in last Tuesday, but that went unanswered.
This order is needed BEFORE 5-19-2012, so I need this shipped out USPS Priority Mail. If this HAS already been shipped, please provide me with a delivery confirmation number.

Damn you, I have been waiting for months, finally decided to build my own, so I spent a ton of money to buy everything, just finally finishing it up, and now yours are back in stock! Had to pick up one of the penguin mods anyway.

any chance of having more stocks of the altoids mod? been stalking your site for months and i never seem to find them on stock.
they come in a couple times a month but they last about 2 days tops when they do. The next lot will come in about 2 weeks I hope
