You said a couple days ago , it was canceled .
But i checked and called to the bank about the process , cancellation and refund unrealized yet final result .
I did not get any reply to my message of you .
I would appreciate if you do return urgently.

I agree that is poor customer communication, but be aware that it can take up to 7 days from the date the vendor process the refund for it to show in your account.

Yes wonner is correct. It's not the vendor as he is charged back right away, but it's the banking system which keeps your money working for them as long as possible. Merchant service banks do that all the time.

Yes, the problem is "LIKELY" in the banking system. Most vendors won't lie about refunds, it isn't good business! Banks on the other hand will hold your money ransom as long as they can!

Just had a non vape related refund come my way and as others have posted:
"Please allow 7-10 days for this refund to appear on your credit card statement."
It's the Banksters...willing take our $$$ quickly but VERY slow on refunds.
As for the Vendor not replying to your email not very cool.
