xl battery not fully charging

the last 2 days i have charged it and it has lasted 3 hours today only 2 is there some kid of cleaning that will help ?????

My XL bat lasts about the same length of time as yours. Never ever got anymore out of it. Still don't.

It always depend how much you vape it. But the battery life does dwindle slowly the more you use it. Not saying you did but you also might have over charged it. Mine last 3 to 4 hours but you know i dont vape heavily. But let V4L know whats going on nd maybe they can do something.

Val had me clean my batteries with alcohol and they seem to be charging better and lasting longer? Maybe something to give a try?

Mine r lasting 5 to 6 hours with heavy viping their brand new

Mine last like 7 to 8 hours of pretty heavy vaping. I love my XL!

mine tend to last in the 6-8 hour range, actually. but i don't vape so much with batteries all day anymore, because well... PT ftw.

Cleaning can help substantially. You lower the resistance and make them more efficient.

There are cleaning suggestions in one of the stickies (we've got thirty trillion of them there, sigh...) - I think it's in the FAQ.

I have two usb chargers. If I put the XL on the one charger and charge it, it only gives me about 4-5 hours of use. If I put it on the second charger and charger it, I get 9-10 hours of use. I finally figured out what charger did what and marked them. This does not happen with the shorty battery, it does the same on both chargers.

Also if I put the XL on the charger that does the shorter time, then move it to the other charger the red light comes on and it charges for another 90 minutes or so.

Was the USB with the cord the one that does the better charge or the one that plugs directly into the USB port please?

I have noticed inconsistent charging as well but had not yet gotten to the point of analyzing.

They are identical, they plug right into the USB hub. I use a AC powered USB hub and have even made sure they were plugged into the same port for testing and on different ports. Actually also on different USB hubs since I have 3.

Since both chargers are the same, I can't know which one I purchased first. One has had more use than the other, but not sure what one that is. And as stated it doesn't do it on the shorty battery. I have a regular battery coming so curious to see if it effects that one or not.
