I copied the below "verbage" from the link to them that you supplied. This same rule would apply to a passthrough. If your passthrough is the larger battery type then it would be fine.

These work fantastic on the Joye EGO/EGO-T batteries or most other big battery models.
Due to the nature of the plastic XXXL cartomizer, we suggest if using them on a ego battery to use them with our ego clearomizer protective rings.
We do not recommend that you use them on regular 510 or Mega 510 batteries.

If its a slim ecig, then no.

If its an eGo PT, I def wouldn't say it's fantastic, but it will work. Personally I wouldn't use them though on an eGo. A 1.5ohm carto will put a lot of stress on the eGo mosfet and if your not careful they can fry your eGo. Also the eGo is only 3.3-3.4V and really doesn't run dual coils that great. I have an Epower which is 3.7V and I don't think the dual coils are that great on a 3.7V either. 3.7V PVs run the dual coils alittle better than the eGos, but it's still is not that great. Dual coils are okay on my Epower, but they are really nothing special.
Personally I think dual coils only really work awesome in the 4-5 volt range. So if you really want to use those cartos I'd recommend getting a 5v PT. you can get one for cheap and they will run the dual coils alot better than a 3.7V PV or a 3.4V eGo. I use the Ressurectors on my Epower and they work alot better than any dual coil. Their 1.7ohm LR and are single coil, but my Epower handles them alot better than DCs and produces just as much vapor if not more, and doesn't drain the battery like a DC.
If your PT is lower voltage, their are other cartos that will work alot better

Really? Could you recommend a specific one? You spoke of "a lot of stress on the eGo mosfet", so you are talking about a 5V PT with a direct wired switch? You of course realize that to get 5V with a DC means you have supply nearly 3.5A.

The voltage of USB PT is high usually. The 510 CLEAR XXXLDual Coil 1.5ohm MEGA Cartomizers perhaps will not work.

Actually they work great on a 5V mod but they trip protection on the PT's.

If you're going to use them on something, you need to buy a mod, in whatever voltage that trips your fancy. You will also need a 510/ego adapter for use on the mod.
