As the Don of the GCD "family" you know my answer on that one.

The only thing is fresh the cinnamon will slap you around a bit but the longer it steeps the pastry and frosting comes more to the front so everything balances out...I like my GCD at around 4-6 months...seriously...
PBC is flat out amazing!!
I LOVE Roundhouse and as it sits and more air gets in the bottle the rose fades into the background and the cherry comes to the front more so don't give up on it for a month or more of trying.
