Congrats on 4 weeks!! Yesterday was 3 months for me.

Holy cow... I was off one week! Can't believe it has officially been four weeks... Was trying to figure out how to add the days and hours banner at the bottom of my page when it dawned on me.

If anyone knows how, could you please share or direct me to a link that explains this? It is an awesome reminder of the accomplishment and I know many use it here.

You need 15 posts (and up to an hour for the server to refresh) before you can add a signature.

You simply click on a banner that you like and it usually will take you to a site where you fill in the information and then copy and paste it in you personal profile. <Settings> (top of page beside Profile) <My Settings> <edit signature>

That is awesome Pappy. I posted early this morn, official quit date/time was Saturday, July 22nd at about 9am. Was trying to put the banner at the bottom of my page like the one that you have. Did you add that in your settings?

I like the banners that show how much you saved and how many cigarettes avoided. It's a real eye opener.

Ditto... I can't believe how many cigarettes I have not had since quitting. I was going to say how much money I've saved, but after splurging on a provari mini, it'll be awhile before I'm in the black!

It was worth it though.

Congrats, all over again!

For anyone who is following this, and has bought smokes in other than a 20 pack, you have to adjust the "price per pack" to the price for 20, (with this banner) otherwise the <$ saved> will not be accurate.

Yes. Even though the packs i bought contained 20, since i smoked more on the weekend and to be accurate, I used the average number of cigarettes smoked over a week and adjusted it to a daily value.
