I said my first post on this forum would be to thank you for all the hard work and dedication you put in to your site. As you well know, when I got my order, it had been mangled by the USPS. My e-liquid was gone and my battery had been damaged. I found out about the liquid immediately and called you to leave a message. The battery I found out about when I got up during the night and the charger was cold. I sent you an email from work, not asking you to replace them, but to find out what my options were.

You so very graciously offered to replace the battery and the liquid AND ship it out free of charge in a USPS deterrent package (ie...lots and lots of tape!!!) I got it Monday, and you just shipped it this past Friday. Thank you, thank you, thank you for going well beyond the scope of customer service. It definately was not your fault I didn't get what I ordered, but you replaced it! WOW!

All I can say, is, I've been handing out your cards left and right. Every opportunity I get, I relate my positive experience with VaporKings, and..I've ordered a starter kit for my sister, and another 901 for myself. Thank goodness, you check the orders, I'd clicked off on an 801 part instead of a 901. You guys are awesome!

You can rest assured, I'll be ordering from you hopefully, for a long long time.

Thanks Rob, and team, for making my foray into the world of vaping and e-cigs as painless as possible.
