rayray, I'ma gonna hop on your Yay thread and give it some love! You're at 3 mg and that's a great accomplishment! The bad news is this is the only pic I could find to celebrate with you!
I'm looking forward to 3mg too, im at 6mg right now. Haven't ordered in a while, trying to dwindle the 6mg stash down so I can make the switch to 3. Can't wait for it to hit the shelves!
I am so envious of those who can step down so easily. I chain-vape at 18mg and sometimes that doesn't even seem enough in stressful situations. But I'm only 2 months in, too. Maybe it will get better as my smoke-free days get longer and longer?

That's alright, I'm going backwards now.
Been at 6mg for 9months, but I felt like I've been vaping way too much lately so I've been picking up 12mg to mix in.

I am at 3.5 years and just now getting to 3 and 0. It will come, Dani. But each person needs to take it at their own pace. Better to drop when you are ready than to try too soon and suffer a setback. Better to suffer a setback on vaping than one to smoking Give yourself time.

you will know when it's time.. I get jittery and queasy and all like "hey now..." and Penguiness is right- it happens differently for everyone. I was at 24-36mg when I started (while I was still smoking) back in 2011. was at 18-12mg when I finally quit March 2013. only at 6-10mg now.
baby steps.. don't force it, don't be envious.. not like it costs any more, right?

You're right. It all costs the same. It helps to know that you were once at 24-36mg like I was. So, I need to put that into perspective. I have jumped down considerably by going to 18. I appreciate it.
Like you all said, it will come with time. I will be patient.
I used 6mg at 20 watts with the iStick, I was suddenly like fall over dizzy.
So not using 20 watts anymore... keeping at a moderate 15 watts until I can get 3 mg juices.
