Yes, me and my problems AGAIN!

Greetings to all.
I posted last week about my BP, and the problems of red light but no blue light. Ended up sending it in for repair, but not before I ordered another BP, (blemished one to save a little$$). Got the new one yesterday, (Yeah), Opened her up, put batteries in, and only 1 would fit????? Well they shipped it with a battery (1) in it, I thought yeah my lucky day, I got a bonus battery..... All was good until the batteries died and I needed to change them, well the battery that was shipped inside of it is STUCK, I mean stuck, (which explains why it got shipped in it). So I have tried my very best to get it out and cant, I have completely scratched up the inside of the unit, bits of plastic from the battery have come off, but that battery is like glued in there. So I am not a happy camper at this moment, I ordered this to have all my bases covered, now I have one in for repair, and one that is also inoperable. I've spent to my simple budget a pretty penny for these. Please tell how to get this &^L*#@# battery out......

I wish I knew what to suggest here, but I think I would wait for Mike to see this and see what he says. Battery glued in perhaps? Some freak accident. I know he will make good on it for you.

Crap it got stuck during testing , some times the glue will drip down into the tube .

To remove it use a thin screwdriver and pry it side to side until in works loose , let us know what happens ! if it does not work I will send you a new one !!!!

CRAP first time we shipped a stuck battery inside a unit .


I just talked to Lorrie and she said SORRY ! she will keep an eye out for this in the future !

Well I have been working on this thing since 8:30am, and after 5-yes-5 blisters and 10 hours later I got the *%#m battery out...... BUT in doing that the orange button fell off! So I am still unable to use my Brand New BP. Now with all this bad luck, there was a small sliver of good luck, I did find the button, and I did try to glue it on, but it keeps falling off
The inside of the unit is completely scratched up, and bits of the battery plastic is still glued to the inside walls.

If the jacket on that battery is in bad shape, do not use it! I'm guessing you already knew that but I just wanted to remind you and make sure! Please tell me that is not the only set of batts you have.

No no Bovina, that was the battery that was shipped (glued) in the unit. I had ordered 3 sets of powerizers in addition. And thank you so much for your kind words.

What colors are available??????? And no you don't owe me a battery, the stck/damaged battery was a bonus battery, shipped in the unit. I got the 3 sets of powerizers that I ordered & paid for, The one stuck in the unit I didn't pay for.

I would of been so upset by the time I got it out I would of took it out and threw it into the next state.
