I hear ya, dirfm! I got a package from VV today that I wasn't even expecting! There was a small error on my last order and they sent out a replacement within a day of learning about it.
It took three weeks to get to me due to our hyper vigilant Customs on this side of the border but....at least they didn't open it this time.
