Much noob rambling follows. Essential point: Elite Vaporworks, yay or nay?
Haven't had a traditional cigarette since Feb 11 after smoking regularly for well over 20 yrs. Thanks to the great advice on this forum (and additional info from a thread on neogaf.com), I think the set-up process is going reasonably well.
First purchase: disposable blu. Too much money, but used to taper off the regulars and convince myself this was the way to go.
Second purchase: kgo kit from hoosierecig.com. These batteries have been great for me. A full charge lasts more than two days. I also got some cherry juice (not bad, finished it off) and two kinds of Dekang tobacco, Virginia and DK-Tab (neither are good for me, DK-Tab is especially objectionable). Fellow noobs, don't assume you want tobacco flavors! So far, so good. However, the included SLB stardust clones are a little annoying -- silicon cap can choke the wicks, easy to get a dry hit, one was was kinda messed up even before use. That led to ...
Third purchase: CE3 bottom coil clearomizer 5-pack from VaporAlley. Also, some more juice. Cherry was better than hoosier's and got some coffee. The coffee, however, is really dark and seems to have choked one of the CE3s. It's done the same on the last live SLB clearo, so I can't really blame the CE3. Brought the SLB stardust back to life with a cleaning, maybe the CE3 as well (still drying). The other two CE3s I've used have been very nice and have been used to work on a larger juice order from Mt. Baker. So, it seems like bottom coil clearos are the way to go for me ...
Leading me (finally) to my actual question: Since I'm happy with the CE3s except for the syringe fill (not really a big deal, but could do without it) and the capacity (doesn't quite last the day), it seemed like the Kanger EVOD was a great idea. Elite Vaporworks has them and 5-packs of heads priced really well with free shipping. But they don't seem to be listed in the vendors section. Can anyone recommend this vendor (or tell me that I should look elsewhere)? Thanks for the help all.
