I just purchased 2 YIHI SX MINI 350 mods and received them last Saturday. The gravity function is not working on either one of them. I have followed the advice on the YIHI website as far as holding the mod upright when pressing the button 5 times and then tilting. The arrows never light up so I have no ability to choose from the options. This is not about left and right screen image. I don't care about that. But if this function is not working, it is impossible to select anything else on the menu including: turning off the device, putting the device into the link mode in order to download updates, going into mech mode, etc. The watts can be adjusted with the buttons and choosing the memory and wattage function, but that's about it. All other menu options seem to need the gravity mode in order to choose.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Also does anyone know if there is a way to circumvent the gravity mode in order to choose options in the menu?
This device has many bells and whistles and it vapes great, but it seems strange that the gravity mode on both of these does not work.
I've watched videos and am doing everything the same way as the reviewers in the videos.
