You can pick up various size syringes at your local farm or tractor supply store for a good price.

Best price I've found for bottles:
Batteries Chargers, Cell Phone PDA Accessories items in dropper store on eBay!
I can't vouch for the vendor or the bottle quality, but they're made from the same material everyone else uses (LDPE) and should be just fine. I put in an order yesterday or the day before and expect they'll arrive in about two weeks.

Use glass bottles whenever possible.
Go to hobby Lobby or any craft store for bottles. Tractor supply or pharmacy for small syringes. And pg or vg.
