I was browing joyetech's website for eVic accessories, and found the page for their Mega charger product:
Obviously the thing comes with a USB cable, to feed power from the wallwart to the charger. But here's what the page says:
The Mega charger is specially designed for the convenience of charging battery of e-cigarette, especially when users lose their USB cable charger of e-cigarette.
Sooo... if you lose the USB cable to charge your eVic, you should buy a Mega charger, because
1/ it's so much easier to unscrew the bottom of the eVic, pop the battery out, insert it in the charger, plug the charger, pop the battery out of the charger, insert it back in the eVic and screw the bottom, than getting a new USB cable and connecting the eVic directly to it
- or -
2/ you can ditch the charger and the wallwart and keep the USB cable as a replacement
Additionally, you'll be glad to know it's "delicate and easy to carry", so it's really convenient to break on the road
