4.5 attys to 1 mod.. Do have a squonker and atty inbound... So 5.5 to 2.. The 1/2 atty is my Kayfun, for which I have 2 bases. To reduce downtime from rewicking. I keep the second base built with a wick. so when it gets dirty I just swap bases and have a day or 2 to clean and rewick the dirty one.
12 mods 39 attys that I can think of, there's probably a couple more.

I don't have an exact count, but counting ego style batteries, which I still like to use, especially for stealth vaping at work, I have about 15 or so, only 3 are actual box mods though. And I have too many attys to count, mostly because I keep trying different ones to find the one I really like...I'm probably at about 30 or more, but I'm not gonna lie, most are cheapies! 
3 mods, 10 attys. Looking at more attys. I like the Epoch D1 and see it in my near future. But I'm good on mods for now. Magneto, 2x26650 guitar box mod, and an iPV4. I'm pretty well covered.
I try to keep it about 1:1, although I do have a couple extra attys. I'm not much for swapping out attys. Once it's on a mod, that's where it stays. The only stuff I use, these days, is Reos and bottom feed attys.

I'm more likely to sell off a seldom used mod. The cheap clone atties I most often buy aren't worth the trouble of listing.

1:2 (although one mod may as well be dead... So 1:1) I'm rather practical so I don't find that I need to buy many mods or atomizers as I can only use one at a time anyway. I'm really not into the hobby aspect or collecting aspect of it as eventually they'll be worth nothing so don't see any sense to throwing my money away on something sitting on my shelf just to look at something shiny once in a while. To each their own though.
The above is what I currently use, although getting here I've thrown away a lot of money buying atomizers on recommendations of others and found they were little to no better than what I already had (only certain leaps made some better like from the disposable atomizers to the protanks, and the protanks to the aerotank and then the nautilus wasn't any better than the aerotank but the subtank was a huge leap forward to me), until I finally came to the subtank by kangertech, that's much better than anything I've owned so far so I'll stick with it. But if I had to actually count all the atomizers and mods that I've bought since quitting smoking, it would be something more like 30:5
1 eleaf 50w (currently using)
1 MVP2 (dead battery now)
1 Stingray mod (hated it and won't use it)
2 ego-twists (either lost or broken now)
The atomizers, well that 30 has a huge amount of throw away atomizers in that 30 count, the only ones that I still have laying around but not using at the Nautilus and the AeroTank mega and a bunch of Protank II's that I bought early on to keep different flavors in and maybe a couple of the iclear's and some off world tank called the Ninja by ecig or something like that (absolutely worst tank ever!).

8 attys and 3 mods. 2 of which are drippers and 6 are tanks, 3 of which are rta's.
3:5. An order of parts to repair one atty, and a small dripper is on its way. I keep my RTA's to be refilled and recoiled in a glass.
