I'm going to get my 1st E cig starter kit.
NeverVaped, except for trying a Blu disposable from Walgreens,to see if I could vape.
The blu was great, but I found I could live with them (E cigs).
I've been trying to do my research and think the Volt would be my best option.
I would get there best kit with extra blankCarts.
As far as E juice, I would need to go elsewhere,as all there's in made in China.
Who makes the best and where should I look?

Hello, welcome and congratulations!:toast:

I have not used the Volt but have heard pretty good things about it.There are many great liquid vendors to be found here. Personally, I use backwoodsbrew.net almost exclusively.

Also, you can always use the SEARCH ECF WITH GOOGLE box towards the top. Tons of info here.

Again, welcome and all the best!:toast:

THNX for your help,I'll keep it in mind. I've read some good stuff about the Volt, just thought I ask the experts.
I know most Old Timers recommend Ego's and stuff like that, but I don't think I want something large.

Walter 4 Fuel, Welcome to ECF.

I used the Blu disposable after a failed attempt with a "Free Offer". The Blu disposable did the trick for me - one thing to know is that the Blu disposable is 24mg of nic. So, if that was a sweet spot for you remember that when you order juice.

I know you don't want the larger battery, but really the Ego size batteries are not that large when vaping, they'd suck if we were smoking, but this ain't that. :>

808 cig size batteries are 100-300 mAh, a bit on the small size to vape seriously. I know it is suppose to be each 100mAh equals an hour of use, but you should probably cut that in half. I use 650mAh batteries and swap them out with freshly charged ones every 2-3 hours so that the vape stays strong. And, PCC's just don't work as well as advertised. So, I would suggest you get a decent Ego type battery to start with.

Here is a kit that isn't that expensive with some really nice 5ml cartos.

http://www.vaporbeast.com/Mega_Smok_Tech_Ego_p/sk3.htm

$50 includes shipping and everything you'll need except juice.

P.S. I've only been vaping for a month and a half....so, I'm not an "old-timer". : )

Thnx for the link,I'll give it some consideration and I didn't mean anything personal when I said Old Timers. I just couldn't think of another trm to use at the time. THNX again for your help.

Hi and welcome.

Im new also, after trying the NJOY from the local gas station, and then getting hit with $22 prefilled carto's i did my research and i also decided on the Volt. Its an amazing product, you wont be dissapointed. As for juice, i ordered some Tobaco RED from Bloogplanet.com. Got the 30ml bottle in the 36mg strength. it tastes great and produces amazing amounts of vape.

I started with the Volt (SmokelessImage) and found it to be great! I still use it at work on the sly, even though I've since purchased an eGo-T (and looking to replace/upgrade that). I used prefilled carts from Volt which were fine, then ordered blank carts and ejuice and started filling them. You will, at some point, start 'wanting' for a more powerful set up. I'm very new myself, only vaping about 5 weeks, and while I still rely on my Volt, like I said I'm needing something with a little more oomph than either the Volt or eGo-T can offer.

Low resistance cartomizers should help tremendously on the ego-T battery. Boge 2.0 or Smoktek 1.7 are great.

If that doesn't cut it, you may want to try high voltage vaping.

The Volt is very satisfying. Personally, I prefer the sealed automatic batteries and the passthrough. Every once in awhile I'll get a duddish carto (doesn't want to kick in very well), but overall they are absolutely terrific. (the duddish ones happens in any type/brand of carto there is out there from 510's to 808's).

Swedishfish,

I just ordered some Boge 2.0 cartomizers and they should be in by Monday; I'm excited!

I am looking too, into high voltage vaping, and just posted a couple of posts with some questions.

I see you are a Jersey Girl; where in Jersey are ya? I'm Northern NJ.

I researched for a bit.. and the volt was the best fit for me.. just use an auto battery now (since they are sealed so no getting juice inside it and frying it). I got the premium kit and car adapter.. so I have charging up the yin yang.. I vape at home, in the car, and at my desk.. just plug my passthru in and go to town lol. You won't be disappointed. I used 1 blue disposable.. but 10 bucks a pop for 1 day of vaping was killing me.. You can find coupon codes on the internet too.. pm me. I have one for 15% off your purchase at smokelessimage
