Z Atty Pro air draw suddenly became super tight! Help!

I've owned my Z Atty Pro for about a week now. The airy draw kind of surprised me at first, but I've become accustomed to it and actually enjoy it now.

So After vaping through 4 tanks, my Z Atty Pro was pretty gunked up so I took it apart, rinsed it out and assembled it back together.

Now all of a sudden, the air draw is super tight. Like trying to suck air out of a pinhole.

I've checked for obstructions in the air hole, drip tip, top cap and none are present.

I've disassembled and reassembled a dozen times but it still has a super tight draw.

Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know what might be the problem?

I'm literally ripping my hair out over this. Help!

Maybe the positive screw is not screwed all the way down?

Yeah, sounds that your not get the voltage you need. Maybe a connection issue.

Check to see if the positive post has pushed up. It has been an issue with some of the ZAPs.

is the drip tip touching the center post? (hope it's plastic)

if the male part of the drip tip is too long, it can cut off the air flow.

try changing drip tips would be my advice.

Same drip tip that I've used before this problem occurred so I don't think that's the problem.

Check to see if the positive post has pushed up. It has been an issue with some of the ZAPs.

I've pushed and pulled on the positive post but it has no play at all.

Just noticed that the airhole whistles no matter how slow or lightly I draw on it.

Same tight draw even without a wick.

It's making me rip off my hair too. LOL! You tried removing your tank and the positive screw and placing just the top cap and drip tip and see if theres still restrictions?

I'm so glad I read your post. I have about 20 strands of hair left that I'm hoping I don't have to pull!

So I removed the tank and the airflow is back to what it normally was, but when I put the tank back on, it's back to feeling like i'm sucking air through a pinhole.

Arghhhhh....
