Evening all :) so I had been eyeing up a z-atty pro for about a month at a local store and finally just picked it up today followed the instructions and zens video on set up my juice tastes so bad I cant handle it is it the ceramic wick on the 2.1 model ? Or is there something I am just doing plainly wrong?
Any tips and tricks would be helpful
I am about to tear it down and try a mesh wick
Thanks all in advance:oops:

I had same issue with my provari / zatty setup.

.8 Ribbon Kanthal, 5 wraps at 1.4 Ohms and it runs like a dream. Lots of vapor, lots of flavor. I think the loose spots between the coil and the ceramic are what give the nasty taste. And using ribbon increases the flavor.

Use a torch to get the ribbon nice and tight on the wick. Get a 1/8" counter sink drill bit so you can hold the wick without burning your fingers. There's a youtube video that shows how to do it, I think it's called Elias Hot Wrap or something similar.
