I just ordered one, too. Nervous... never had rba before. Unfortunately, I live in a state that RJ Reynolds is pushing hard. Also, one of my senators is one of the 5 that is pushing hard for the FDA to 'deem'. I figure I've got to get something that will last. Disappointed that they didn't have the ceramic wicks to pick up too, as my ordering days may be numbered.

Well, I'm no expert, since I've never used ceramic myself, but I've heard they are terribly fragile. I think accidental breakage is probably the deciding factor in how long they last. I've read many people in the Rebuildable section here have used them for months without needing to replace.
The experience I have with the SS version is really good; I find them very easy to set up after reading eHuman's blog on genesis atomizers. If I can rebuild a gennie (I have AGA-Ts and RSSTs as well as the ZAP), then anyone can.

That is good to hear. Can't wait to experience this... been using carto tanks, t3s, and Vapeonly BCC Mega's.
Do you have SS mesh? If you dont try to pick some up as a back up to the ceramic wicks as well as for practicing. Marie is right that it is super fragile. Some have broken their ceramics just wraping the coils.
