READYxWICK in a Z-Atty Pro... What To Do?

This is probably obvious, but to use the READYxWICK in a Z-Atty Pro (v2.1), do you just cut it to the same length as the FC2000Z and coil it up, leaving it in the same vertical configuration?

Also, I want to experiment with multi-coiling with my ProVari (v2.5) and ZAP. Given that the READYxWICK is flexible, has anyone tried using extra length in the top cap area to have extra length to coil on? I currently coil tight with the ProVape-provided Kanthal (which came with the ZAP) to a 3.0 to 3.2 ohm resistance. I figure adding 50% extra length and dual coiling to the same total number of turns would get me to a 1.0 to 1.2 ohm resistance, which hopefully wouldn't trip the ProVari protections, and give me plenty of surface area to heat with no hotspots. Thoughts?

I haven't tried the XC-116 in a genny, and I can't understand your dual coil plan - how will the coils both be in front of the air hole?
But I can tell you this: A simpler way to increase the coil surface area would be to get some ribbon kanthal, or at least a lower gauge round wire and wrap more coils. A contact coil might also be worth trying.
