Zen 2 genesis setup help?

So set this up and its wicking ok at the 3/4 o clock position maybe dripping a bit.. but i leave it upright and all the juice goes back down. It does not appear to be wicking at all. I pick it up and i have to wait for the juice to come back up from the tilt. i am using a straw 400 ss mesh. Also. it appears that if i don't keep it at like 4 o clock, it will get me terrible dry burn from drying up the wick.. Is this inherent in a genesis? or is there something i am doing wrong?

The coils are even without any real hot spots.

Is this a new wick set up? It takes 1/2 tank to 1 tank for the wick to break in and start wicking well. What type of juice are you using? High vg? Higher vg seems to take more of a tilt. Tilting the device to 3-4 o'clock is normal with a genesis.

new wick setup, and its 65/35.. just seems that the juice wont stay on the wick and will fall back down w/ gravity...

don't use supplied wicks they are garbage...not enough mesh to facilitate capillary action. go with thick solid wicks

i rolled my own wick, the premade wicks are too small cause the z2 doesnt have the insulator. when i tilt. i get juice dripping out.
