Big thanks to JollyRogers for sending he his method for fixing his cobalt.. Basically the problem has been 100% identified.. The switch while depressed (and off the unit so testing the switch alone) testing positive to the screw negative to the
threading my multimeter bounces between 0.8 and 1.2 ohms of resistance inside the switch which explains the feeling of it being underpowered by half as i usually have about a 1 ohm coil but on the unit if i roll a 1 ohm coil I'm actually
vaping around 2-2.1 ohms as i am adding on average an ohm of resistance to the equation before it even gets to my coil this may not sound like a big deal.. someone may say hey thats not so bad.. i tape a 2 ohm coil.. but guess what... if you rolled a 2 ohm coil it would be adding that same ohm feeling like a 3 ohm coil.. SO.. will be using his method of ezoff to the positive screw
threading inside the switch and will report how it all goes.. just gotta get all the resistance out of the switch..
