So i got out the milliput and made up a small ball of the stuff - trey recommend gloves but i can never be bothered with that.
Then I pulled a little off and sealed the rectangular slot on the top where the original usb hole resides.

In a couple of hours it will be still soft enough to make it easy to cut a small hole in it for the master on/off switch.
While I had it made up and you really shouldn't waste things I used the rest of the milliput to make a crude mounting are for the usb charging circuit so it will sit correctly for it's hole.
