Reading Prof Rodu's piece on Connolly's virtual lies made me laugh.

However I wonder if it is worth worrying about quitting cigarettes. As one of Connolly's colleagues somewhere affirmed, you are genetically damaged after a single cigarette. And as another posited, now we have been exposed to third hand smoke, we will almost certainly get cancer, or worse.

Why worry, then :)

I was a the pub the other day, and literally 100% of the customers had a pack of smokes in front of them and was going outside every little while. I sat there comfortably vaping, and thinking to myself... So much for the non-smokers going to the pub in droves once smoking was banned from them!

That is usually the case, at least from my observation. When I was a smoker, it always seemed the non-smokers were pretty boring. I still find conversations with the smokers normally more entertaining.
