I think more of a reaction to the real competition the Cloupor Mini which is shipping out now.
I went to eleaf's web site to see about the 30 watt . Not there but see a new silicone rubber case. Too bad I'm switching to the Cloupor Mini.........

Looks pretty nice. Looks like that vendor may be over seas from the looks of the phone number.
And it says nothing about its lowest ohm capability, or whether threads/ mean voltage have been addressed. Also a fair bit cheaper than the original iStick

I don't think so either. More likely typing error. Notice the battery is the same as the 20 w. 2200 mah . I would guess a 2500 mah in a 30 watt version. Also the picture shows the same 510 pin.
Actually, it does look different. If you look a little closer, notice the overhang on the top (it looks to me like it was built for the Nautilus mini to fit perfectly now).
it's not a typing error - the 30w is showing on ismoka's correspondence as of this morning - but it might just be a 30w chip in the 20w body with small alterations
