I just thought I'd post this. I'm a newbie who ordered an EAZE Magnum last Sunday. I noticed today that it was still on preorder (although it was listed as in stock on the website) and sent them a support request email to cancel my order and refund my card.

In less than 2 hours, I got responses from both Paypal and Epuffer that my card had been refunded for the full amount. This was a very pleasant surprise as I was expecting to go through a huge hassle given the posts I've seen about Epuffer on this site. Just thought I'd share.
