Fasttech & $BC

Tried to place a simple order for $9.00 with Bitcoin. Got hit twice for the transaction and fasttech is playing dumb and asking for info that doesn't exist when I questioned my order status.
Anyone else have this experience?

I've never used bitcoin so sorry can't really help....is there a way to dispute the charge of the duplicate transaction? Is one pending and the other not? Sometimes with my old bank it would appear as 2 charges but one was pending and the other charged, the pending transaction would clear off after 72 hours.

Post a complaint on the FT forum with "@anniepan" in the title. You will get is resolved. This Bitcoin issue you had is a common problem at FT and a couple of their customer service reps are complete idiots. But Anniepan will get it ironed out.

I had the same problem with ft it fixed itself only charging me one time

I thought that the transaction charges for BC made anything other than large purchases impractical?
