How to pic parts for a Lavatube ... A noobs quest

I recently got a Young June v2 lavatube . I have some tanks , vivi nova and 3 mini's . What heads do I need to get the most out of a Lavatube ? Low or high resistance ? It is a mini so what's the best battery ? I can set it from 3.0 to 6.0 , what is the settings for the different heads ? Any help on getting the most out of this setup would be great .

Single coil, I'd start at 3ohms and go up.

Dual coil, about 2 ohms and go up.

I have the stardust v3 , and two of the new vivi nova's . Should I use the 4 ohm heads ?
