length of time vaping?

I need to be doing something, anything. If I am just sitting still or not doing anything I will vape. I use 20mg nic just b/c its just easier to cut with 100mg nic. It is so hard to put my ecig down sometimes. And the end of break at work just sucks. I want to vape in the building sooo much but I can't. I think I take in more nic than before. Feels like I am. I was 2 PAD Men Lite. Sometimes 2 PAD Reds. I was good before tho. I never smoked in house. Now I vape till 5 mins before I sleep and 30 mins after I wake. Longest period of time that I don't vape is 9 hrs. while I sleep. lol Durign the day is about 3-4 hrs.

Smoking is different than vaping. You light an analog and smoke it. With a pv, you take a couple hits, put it down, a few more, etc.

I have been analog free for one month and 2 weeks today. Loving it. I don't stink, and I can breathe!
