One other thing you might look at is the fact that some units like the mini rough stack and Indulgence allow you to buy extension tubes for HV vaping by stacking batteries as well as being able to use bigger capacity batteries like the 18650. The switch assemble stays the same, and neither will break the bank.

There may be other units that can do this, but the product offerings in this market seem to grow exponentially.

With the smaller tubes, they will both run a 900 mAh battery and are relatively compact. The ePower is an interesting unit as well: it will run both a 900 mAh 14500 and a larger 1600 mAh depending on the tube.

The advantage here is that it uses a regulated switch. There is talk of making it vv, but that is not available yet.

My recommendation is to go for a unit with the maximum flexibility

I have to second (actually think its third) the Altsmoke units, I have both a Black Silver Bullet and an Omega, and have been using the BSB for well over a year now with zero problems or maint. They are built like a tank, hits every time, zero chance of a pocket fire (sb) and 3.7 or 6v. I only use 6v w/ ikenvape hv 306's or 510's and the very best part is NO frustration due to hardware as I read here so often.

Maximum flexibility is why I'm really leaning towards GLV. I've seen the volt meter footage that shows the 5v GLV adapts to anything you slap on it. Also the Reo grand has the ability to be jumped up to HV. Of course NEITHER of those are "3.7v cylinder mods" Geez what a pain. The indulgence is a great price tho for what it has, as is the roughstack.

I want something that'll fit in a button-down shirt pocket, and something that'll fit in my small (literally, size small glove) hands. The Omega looks good, and its a good size. The roughstack is a REALLY good size. the GLV is a little akward, but the mini and SM are perfect, and the reo's are both a good size.

If I were to get a chuck it'd have to be a small chuck, The joker looks good but meh, I'm not sold on it, even though its the "cleanest" looking VV mod out there.

I wish I could just pick one. Its a pain. I want a mod with replacable batteries, and parts that'll last forever (Yeah I know, not REALLY forever) and are replacable as well. Other than those criteria I'm very happy with the eGo.

OH! I forgot to mention that a sit and go PT would be a huge plus as well. If I could charge and vape my mod via PT, that'd be worth ANY extra money it may cost.

How about a GGTS? MANY different battery combos and tube lengths based on your needs...

As I said, I want something that can fit inconspicuously in a shirt pocket with a regular sized carto. That said, If there's something out there that happens to be slightly bigger than I'd like I could deal with that. I can't price-out the omega because it's not available right now. I just know that its not always common knowledge where to find these mods, so I made this thread to see what's out there and where I can find it.

Before I saw this thread I was pretty limited to Vaprlife, GLV, reo, NHaler, madvapes, and CoV's GG. Now I'e got a couple more on the list and there are bound to be more.

I guess now what I'm looking for is something that's resistored to 5v but can be brought down to 3.7 using a different battery. I thought this could be done with the GLV full size by using a 14650 or 18650, but after talking w jay on the phone that doesn't seem possible. Maybe that's possible with another 5v mod? There's no way in hell I want to go to 6v unless it's a VV.
