Are you trying to go higher than 14.4 mg/ml (40% of 36 mg/ml)?

Trying for 12mg 60vg 40pg

34% of your PG Nic (36mg/ml) will give you just a little over 12 mg/ml. If you want to keep the VG at 60%, then your flavor can only account for 6%.
Does this make sense to you?

Well, something has to give...either the Nic, the flavor, or the VG. Are you willing to reduce any of those?

The calculator will give you negative numbers if it is mathematically impossible to get to where you want from what you start with.

Higher nic base next time will probably be a good idea if you want the 60% VG.
