NON-US stores to buy flavors

I am looking for non US located stores to buy flavors and VG/PG ( in case the price is good ).
I am from Israel and there is only 1 shop that sells flavors for e-juice, they took down most of the good flavors and kept only 20-30 different flavors and like 10 of them are tobacco flavors...

I started buying flavors from Inawera now, but i'd like to have more options, i wanna try capella and TPA etc .

Buying from USA is a problem since the shipping is insanely expensive from US to Israel, at least at FlavorWest for 100$ order shipping cost 94$... come on, what the hell!?

If anyone knows some good online shops located in europe or anywhere where shipping will not cost me much, with NOT overpriced flavors , gimme a list .
