Where to buy flavors with international shipping?

Hello,
I live in Israel and there is only 1 store in whole country that sells Flavoring and everything for DIY mixing.
Now since they are the only ones who sell it, they have really high prices ( 6$-7$ for 10ml bottle ) which is kinda driving me nutz after i saw the real prices and the fact that i buy lots of flavors and never vape the same flavor for too long makes me wanna find a better place to buy things.

If you know any companies that sell Flavors (without dyacityl etc )and other things for DIY with decent international shipping option please tell me.
Ps. Please skip companies located in the US, since the shipping for liquids from US is really expensive, for example i talked to FlavorWest company, wanted to buy things for around 100-150 USD for a start, the best shipping price they could do for me is 80$ which is insane.

I use e-aromashop-INAWERA GROUP for Inawera flavors. I believe they are in Poland and their shipping to the US isn't too expensive at all, so it should be even cheaper to Israel.
