Noob question on Kanger Dual Coil Heads with Pictures

Can someone tell me what the difference is on these Kanger Dual Coil heads? One has 2 holes on each side for the juice and the other has 2 slots, one on each side. Which is newer and which is older? I've googled and haven't found much information on this.

Hi! I have had both styles of those heads - from what I gathered in my own research, the ones with the two holes one each side are the newer versions and the slots are the original "upgraded" coils. But I could be totally wrong. I found that on the head with the slot on each side, the flavor wicks consistently worked their way out and into the tank over time, which is maybe why there was a switch to the two holes?? Other than having wick strands floating around in my juice, I never noticed a difference between the two when using them.
