questiones about the batterys

hi everyone
i have bought 2(Joye 2200mAh Unprotected 18650 Li-ion Battery) from health cabin for the vamo and one of it not charging completely i have charged it for more that 7 hours in the TrustFire TR-003 4 channel charger and it is still charging.i checked the voltage by inserting in to the vamo it is showing 4.1 volts,i think fully charged batterys should have 4.2 volts and another battery has got a dent in it ill attach the picture here.i have not even tried to charge the dent battery as i am worried about it.
the top battery has got dent, is it ok to use the dent battery?

Hi there:

batteries are cheap compared to the mod. If I was unsure of something, I'd discard it appropriately and move on. BTW, 4.1v off the charger is acceptable for what you are using but I'm unsure why the charger will not turn to green when the battery is charged.
