Green beans n Sausage

1 1/2 lbs of fresh green beans snap to bite size
2 or 3 good sized potatoes or several red
1/3 -1/2 baseball size sweet onion chopped
12-16 oz sliced porta mushrooms
1 pk smoked sausage (4 pepper is a good choice if you like spicy) cut to 1/2 in slices
2 TBSP minced garlic
4 TBSP whorchestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste


3qt pressure cooker

Everything but the potatoes goes in, add about 4 cups of water, or enough to almost cover.
Bring to 10 lbs pressure cook for 20 mins turn off heat. When pressure is down add potatoes cut into
bite size chunks, cover and bring back to pressure. Cook 5 mins at 10 lbs. Turn off heat wait for pressure to fall off.

Include juice if you freeze leftovers.
