Hear it leaks if you let it sit though

It leaks like 98% of tanks if not wicked right. After learning proper wicking on the goblin's deck, then later upgrading to the zephyrus never had any leaking issues.

The Ragnarok mech is 24mm if someone was looking to pair it with a 24.5mm atty. I got mine on clearance at Vaporrange for $30.

I'm using the TFV4 on a single rba deck and it does perform awesome for me. The only complaint I have is the the holes where you put the wire. I'm using 28 gauge ni200 so I'm able to fit it under the screw heads but I doubt a lower gauge would hold under there.
I wish it had slots like the dual deck.
It is a large diameter but if you want clouds from a tank and unrestricted airflow then the TFV4 is awesome.
The crown might be a good one as well and has loads of good reviews but I'm waiting for mine and the RBA deck is hard to get in the UK right now.

you looking for clouds or flavor? if its flavor, the Aqua V2 is something to look into...
