Wasted 4 cartos on my lil mama tank, video showing problem in thread, please help!!

So I'm at my wits end here. I bought a lil mama tank a couple of weeks back and for the first week or so it was working brilliantly.... then the last 4 cartos I've punched have been flooding, no matter the size of the hole or the position! I'm one more flooded carto away from going back to analogues... please help!!

I was going to suggest that you ruptured the tube when you punched, but you commented on your video page that you took them apart and did not see hole. May seem like a silly question, but how hard is your draw when you vape? It looks like you're pulling pretty hard, but can't tell for sure.

I don't know what pg/vg mix you use, but I use a 70/30 mix and I punch my hole to about 1.8mm. So, if as you say in your video you use a 1mm punched hole, it shouldn't be to big, unless possibly you are vaping 100% pg.
How are the gaskets on the end caps. An improper seal that allows air in will cause flooding also.
Don't give up, tanks work great when you get em figured out. But rather than go back to analogues, just use the carto.

Thanks for the responses guys, I THINK it was damaged o-rings on the tank thats causing the issue. Replaced them, just waiting for the juice to sink into the carto then test time! No idea how to avoid damaging the o-rings in future though.....

or do it on the cheap and get a drip tip that is narrow enough to fit through the gaskets but has rounded edges to so you don't snag your o rings.

I get leaks from smok carto's. Especially the 1.7's. I could never get them to work. Make sure you use a boge if your punching and an actual carto punch from COV has worked wonders for my hole placement and size. I uses a reduced PG mix...what ever that is. Usually 60p/40v
