Hi,

We have implemented a ticket system for any support request. It is fast, easy, and efficient! You can always check the status of your support request, be it warranty issue or any issue. We added this to increase our efficiency and to utilize all of our staff (And for quality control/Tracking).

As always, you can still call us and speak to a real human at 1-888-418-2215 Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm. At the moment we have 2 people on staff who answer the telephones. If for some reason the lines are busy, just leave a message and one of our friendly staff will call you back!

Now you have 4 (soon to be 5) ways to communicate with us!

Ticket System *New support system* (24/7)
Chat system (During business hours)
Toll Free Telephone Support (During business hours)
Snail Mail (Not usually required, but its there should the need arise!)
Walk in Support (Coming soon when we open our store front)
