You should be able to order volt starter kit now, the reason you couldn't order was because it was showing no usb chargers available but it has been fixed now.

The e-power is a 3 piece system though isnt it?

I am determined to order my first kit today but i want to be sure i get a good one that is super easy to maintain

Any better battery model can be either 3 piece or 2 piece system. It's a 510 threading, so just use cartos instead of attys and it's a 2 piece system.
