It's easy to blame the media, but I think the true problem is that "may" and "could" don't belong in scientific studies/press releases. I keep thinking how we must all look screaming "TRUTH" against the likes of the FDA, CDC, ALA, ACA, etc.

The Recreation side pushed the benefits of taxation. The Medicinal side actually believes it is medicine and shouldn't be taxed any more than any other prescription medication.

Yeah, they passed a tax, something like 13%, on medicinal other stuff so I don't have a whole lot of faith in people anymore.

Agreed, but I wonder about it a lot with many of the comments I read here and elsewhere, from vapers. We already know the general public equates vaping with smoking, because they've been taught to do that. Many vapers see vaping as "medicinal," it's sole purpose being a method to quit smoking...

Let me rephrase the question, because I don't think my point is getting across. Is it acceptable for vapor companies to market to anyone other than current/former smokers?

I'm late to the party but, try that with pain meds and you'll get reported to your doctor and the pharmacy will refuse to fill your prescription. I know, it's happened to me before.

What Ionori said. Generally used when someone expresses opinion as fact, at least in my usage. The Urban Dictionary definition provided is definitely not the accepted current usage by all.
