So my local store started selling ni200 kanger occ for $20 4 packs and each one has been kinda different for me.
Some start at 0.16 others at 0.23 (though when starting at 0.23 they fall to 0.15 if allowed to rest for long enough). This is strange enough but if I say switch to an rda and return later the coils drop in ohms down to 0.1-0.06
I can't help but wonder if it's my mod (ipv4 pictured bellow) or if it's a failure in quality control from kanger.
