Hobo v3 - warmer vape?

I bought 2 Hobo v3 clones (clones is what I could afford, please leave it at that). As it was Reo Bath Time, I built one with twisted 26g, single coil down the middle, put it on my Sig150 and had a wonderful vape at 65w! Blue had her bath (I had Muffin Man in it before - she needed a bath!), I had to raise her 510 pin, built a simple 24g 6.5 wrap in the middle, tightened and wicked her. The vape is ok (better since its on my Reo), but it isn't as warm and satisfying as I'd like. Anyone have any suggestions? I love the atty, love my Reo, but I want to love them both at the same time.

Could it be as simple as 24 won't be as warm as 26 gauge wire? 24 will take alot longer to reach the heat as the 26.

Smaller wire heats quicker.

By my calculations the wattage on your Reo coil is around 35 watts. In order to get a similar vape on your Reo you are going to need to get the wattage on your Reo coil up to 65w.
