First they put fresh sausages in the skillet,cover with onions and peppers of all kinds and pour in the dark beer- Master Dark, to be exact. Bake in a hot oven until the sausages cook and the onions and peppers melt down to form a gravy. Top with sweet peppers and fried onion sticks.
