• Tropical Storm Erika dissipated as a tropical cyclone Saturday morning near eastern Cuba.
• All tropical storm watches and warnings have been dropped.
• Torrential rain has been reported in the Dominican Republic and Haiti, with over 24 inches of rain in some spots.
• Deadly, destructive flooding crippled parts of Dominica, in the Lesser Antilles, Thursday. Strong wind gusts were reported in St. Croix and St. Thomas, westward to the Dominican Republic.
• Erika's remnant moisture may still lead to local flooding in parts of the Caribbean, Florida and the southeast U.S. in the days to come.

last report it's broken up & weakened but peoples still gonna get wind & rain, just a huge storm now. It might be bad for some folks but could have been much worse
