San Antonio doesn't have much pollution. But, it does have heat and humidity. That's why I love the winter sky. No heat making waves to get between me and the sky, trees, etc.

Everything is sharp and crisp and almost sparkly!

That sound like Colorado without the humidity.

I have wonderful green stuff here too 3 seasons out of the year. And more blue skies than Seattle. :pervy:

On average, we can see the sun something like 300 days out of the year.

Although that might be for 5 minutes.

And we have 4 seasons. Cold rainy, warm rainy, hot rainy and cool rainy.

Hmmm...I thought SF was smoggy.

They like to call it fog, but...

It's a bit chilly here.

A bit! Minus 25 with the wind chill gets you, what, 15 minutes of exposed skin before frostbite?

so I've bought some UD - Youde - products over time and,
not expecting much have been pleasantly happy with them...

so seeing this makes me wonder...

I won one, and did a pretty extensive review here:
Youde Balrog 70 Watt Kit

Lots of impressions of others in that thread as well.

The short synopsis is, not a lot to distinguish it from the herd, with the exception of it's unique ergonomics, which I really like, and the lanyard feature, which is of TERRIFIC use to a snowboarder and Motorcycling enthusiast, which I am both. The lack of S.S. temp control support however, makes it difficult to endorse in the price category.

I'm still here on ECF... sort of. ;)

yepper, the highlights that caught my eye
•big easy to find "fire-button"
•lanyard
•price (which I'd like more after tank is removed, price adjusted)

that ?? moisture top - whats up with that ?

so name, price, size is what made me stop and look - to be continued... ;)

What's a Movkin?

NOT to sound unappreciative, as it will make a fabulous pif to a specific non vaper, 3 PAD smoker friend of a forum friend, who is suffering BADLY from smoking related maladies and willing to give vaping a try.. but, don't Look, KatDarling. It is NOT, as we say, on your radar...

Aesthetics aside.. (ahem), the Mini is rather Maxi, and the Maxi is not much larger than the mini, but twice the mAh. The overall size screams to this engineer, of.. inefficient design.

The MCR.. lol, just made that up ... Moisture Control Ring, is.. interesting. I DO get a lot of (ahem).. "dew", on my mods when using compact RDA's, which this addresses, and the occasional leakage from RTA and OCC tanks, which the ring serves as a first line of defense against. There is ONE spare in the box of the donut shaped cotton ring that is contained within. Old Skoolers will have no trouble modding some absorbent material to fit, but new vapers, it's an unnecessary challenge.

I GUESS that seems a good idea

what the heck, couldn't hurt, huh :w00t:

Well, I like the KONcept, but for those unfamiliar with paper clips and atomizer condoms, I'm not sure it will be refreshed to proper use. In addition, they reverse threaded it, so that it will not come loose when you remove your top. Not really "intuitive".

I foresee many a stripped, and removed "MCR's" leaving an unsightly gap, for newer vapers and the mechanically challenged.
