Anywhere and everywhere , even in a hospital bed in 2 cities across the USA from each other. Actually the hospitals were more vape friendly then other places LOL> I never have had much of a problem no matter where I went . I found 2 restaurants Bob Evans and a little local place that objected other then that no where and I do travel across country. Airlines are a different story.

I asked a Wal-Mart employee about this. She said Wal-Mart doesn't consider e-cigarettes a tobacco product so, they are fine with it. Even get fellow workers vape onsite. If only the government's felt this way.

29 Pines Bar and Hotel near Eau Claire, WI on HWY 29. I stayed there for work for months this past summer. I simply asked if I was allowed to vape in the bar. No problems. Then asked if I could vape in my room. Again, no problems. Only thing they asked was to simply crack the window open during my last night before checking out in the morning IF I was vaping flavored but not required as it did smell good to them. Unflavored, did not have to air out either.
