I believe it will.
I vape that low on my sigelei .
the batteries are in series so the load is split between the two. Nice thing about regulated is it cuts you off if you are too low.

Your coil resistance has no bearing on the current drain (amp draw) from your batteries - it only determines the output voltage and output current of the mod's chip/board. The relevant values for calculating battery current drain in a regulated VW device are the real time voltage of the batteries and your power setting.

Input 8.4V for the battery voltage to simulate a pair of fully charged batteries in series. Notice the amp draw increases as battery voltage decreases.
