So I have a problem. I got some .3 ohm cotton coils for my atlantis v1 and they are not working. I have a sig 150 and it keeps saying check atomizer. Ive tried two from each pack and still nothing. Any suggestions?
The point is b14ck & Lox are both correct, its a connection problem somewhere. Either the coil is faulty or its not the right one. The Atlantis coils are very easy to rebuild. All you need is kanthal and some cotton. Well, tweezers, and a small screwdriver or a 7/64th drill bit would be handy. 7/64th is the size of the holes in the sides of the coils. I posted a "how to" thread on rebuilding Atlantis coils. Hope this helps.
I would agree with the above about a connection problem but also look at what is the minimum coil your box can handle? If your trying to put a .3 coil on a device thats limited to .4 or .5
Make sure the coil it tightened down good and the atty is making connection with device. I have heard of people having these problems with the Sigelei 150w I have just never heard of fix yet.
Every site that sells the V2 coils also tell you the .3Ω coils are NOT for the V1 atlantis, only the .5Ω and 1.0Ω.
maybe they'll work but the device wasn't designed for em, so why risk it?
